Jeff has managed commercial real estate for over 17 years. Prior to joining IRES in 2002, he operated as both a property manager and independent consultant for Costco and McLeod Development. He is well-rounded and well-versed in the many different aspects of property management and especially effective at creative problem solving and lease negotiations. He enjoys the challenge of building long-standing, productive relationships with tenants while still representing the client’s best interests.

Jeff lives on the Eastside with his wife and children. He graduated from the University of Washington and continues his education by pursuing the RPA designation from BOMA.
