Lou has over 10 years experience as an accountant in the Commercial Real Estate field, having worked in 3rd Party Property Management Firms, Private Ownership Entities and Real Estate Development. With a family history of small business entrepreneurship, Lou has successfully planned, launched and operated a specialty retail business.

Lou is an excellent communicator and a loyal team member, whose greatest skill apart from his accounting knowledge and experience is that of customer service. Lou is particularly proud of his active listening skills and cultivation of excellent internal and external client relationships.

Lou is a graduate of the University of Washington, School of Business Administration.
