Rob is the General Manager of downtown Seattle’s West 8th, a 28-story, Class-A office tower. He has managed the property since the commissioning of the new development and is responsible for all aspects of property management, including overseeing building staff.

Rob received his Washington Real Estate Salesperson’s license in 1987 and has been a Managing Broker since 1992. In 2001, Rob obtained the Real Property Administrator designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association and in 2006, was sworn in as a Certified Property Manager® by the Institute of Real Estate Management. Rob’s career in real estate evolved from selling residential properties to managing and leasing multi-family and mid-rise office buildings to operating high-rise, mixed-use product. Rob holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Washington.
